Profiles Volunteer Robin Beekman is a member of Fayette County Farm Bureau and has served for many years as a committee chair or women’s trustee. She has worked 22 membership campaigns, one as chairman. Beekman served as the county information coordinator for several years, and was county president for three years. She has also volunteered on the policy development committee. "Farm Bureau is a great organization with outstanding and highly respected leaders. They work hard to help the farmers and farm-related businesses to achieve their goals," Beekman said. "I have met some of the greatest people through Farm Bureau and will always remember all the opportunities I’ve had." Beekman owns and operates Robin’s Nest Flowers and Gifts in Jeffersonville. She and her husband Gary have two sons, Jayson and Jonathon. They are members of the Jeffersonville United Methodist Church. Beekman is active with the Republican Central Committee of Fayette County and the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce. | |
