OFBF annual meeting to be held in Columbus, Dec. 3 to 5"An Evening with Orion Samuelson" is planned for Wednesday, Dec. 3 as part of the Ohio Farm Bureau annual meeting, Dec. 3 to 5 in Columbus. Samuelson and his associate Max Armstrong are featured on WGN Radio and Tribune Radio Network, and he has a daily syndicated radio program, "National Farm Report." He also produces and hosts a weekly television show, "U.S. Farm Report," currently telecast on 160 independent stations and 7,000 cable systems serving 23 million homes in North America. Other meeting highlights include the finals of the Young Farmer Discussion Meet, Wed. Dec. 3 at 4:30; recognition of the Outstanding Young Farmer and Young Farm Couple, presentation of the OFBF Distinguished Service, Agricultural Communicator and Agriculture Educator awards and the Children’s Literature Award.
