Jacobs new Pioneer Region supervisorMelissa Jacobs has been named Pioneer Region supervisor. She replaces Ken Walter who will retire from Farm Bureau in January 2004. Jacobs currently serves as OFBF director of field staff development and director of the Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation. Previously, she was Metropolitan Program coordinator, organization director in Champaign, Clark and Madison County Farm Bureaus and organization director for Carroll, Harrison, Jefferson and Tuscarawas County Farm Bureaus. She received a bachelor's degree in business/organizational communication from Otterbein College and a master's degree in agricultural communication from Ohio State University. She and her husband, John, reside in Delaware County with their two children. The Jacobs’ will be relocating to the Pioneer Region. | |
