Robinson rewarded for crime informationThe Ohio Farm Bureau's $1,500 Reward Program continues to deter rural crime by encouraging residents to watch out for their neighbors. Recently Flora Ann Robinson of Bakersville was rewarded $1,500 for her part in apprehending a burglar at the Bakersville Garage. Robinson heard breaking glass and called the sheriff’s department who was able to apprehend the perpetrator. Melissa Devore, Coshocton County Farm Bureau president, explained that Farm Bureau offers the rewards to those who provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of people who commit felonies against Farm Bureau members. "This is an excellent way to deter rural crime and promote good neighbor relations," Devore said.
