Warren Bridges
Brown County

Warren Bridges has been a member of the Brown County Farm Bureau for 16 years, and in that time he has donated much of his free time to Farm Bureau. He served as president for three years, public affairs chairman, advisory council and young farmer chairman, youth adviser and works membership every year. He also was a delegate to the OFBF annual meeting and a member of the state Code Committee.

"The major benefit to Farm Bureau is the leadership opportunities and the exposure to the political process," Bridges said. "With Farm Bureau’s influence on local, state and federal government, they are helping farmers stay in business and remain prosperous."

Bridges raises beef, corn, soybeans and hay. He is a member of a local farmland preservation, land trust group. He also works off the farm full-time as a supported living provider for the local Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities board. Bridges is on the Eagle Township Zoning Committee.

He and his wife, Chandra, have two sons, Stefan, 23; and James, 20; and reside in Sardinia. They attend First United Methodist Church in Hillsboro.
