Send your teens to summer youth conferences
Ohio Farm Bureau’s youth program offers teens a head start on learning how Farm Bureau and cooperatives work, how to make their voices heard in government as well as teaching leadership skills and experiencing life on a college campus. This summer, three leadership conferences will be offered: - Junior High Quest: Now in its second year, Quest is for students ages 12 to 14 and is limited to 70. It will be held July 7 to 9 at Otterbein College, Westerville. Cost: $90. Because of the high interest in this conference, it is only open to students who did not attend last year.
- Bluffton Conference: This is open to teens 14 and older and will be held June 14 to 18 at Bluffton College. Cost: $155.
- State Leadership Conference: Teens ages 15 and older that have previously attended a regional Youth Leadership Conference may attend. It will be held July 18 to 23 at Otterbein College, Westerville. Cost: $180.
