Five youths win Darwin Bryan Scholarship The Darwin Bryan Scholarship Fund was established in 1985 in honor of Darwin R. Bryan whose enthusiastic leadership during his 37 years of service as Ohio Farm Bureau youth director has been an inspiration to rural youths throughout Ohio. The scholarship fund assists students who have been active in the Farm Bureau youth program and/or whose parents are Farm Bureau members. This year’s winners each received a $1,000 scholarship. They are Anna Leis, Montgomery County, daughter of Randy Leis and Barbara Leis; Bryan Cain, Summit County, son of Daniel and Felicia Cain; Kyle Blakley, Butler County, son of Kevin and Anita Blakley; Holly Sparks, Butler County, daughter of Jackie Sparks and Beverly Foutz, and Lynnsey Schemrich, Franklin County, daughter of John and Cynthia Schemrich. | |
