River Valley Region - Hamilton County Farm Bureau![]() Farm Bureau display honored at Cincinnati Flower Show A bountiful supply of vegetables, flowers and plants was part of an exhibit by OFBF, Hamilton County Farm Bureau and A.J. Rahn Greenhouses Inc. at the 16 th annual Cincinnati Flower Show. This was the first year that Farm Bureau had a display at the four-day show, which typically has an attendance of more than 50,000 people. Rahn Greenhouse created the display, which was titled "Its Not Your Grandfathers Farm." The exhibit received a gold rating, one of the highest honors at the show held April 20 to 24 at Coney Island. "The purpose was to communicate how modern and diverse agriculture is in Hamilton County. Cincinnati has really succeeded in the area of horticulture," said Mike Pullins, vice president of OFBF Development Corp. Pullins said the display, which also featured a John Deere compact tractor and barn siding, was one of the most talked about and photographed ones.
