Livestock, dairy and poultry producers and allied industry professionals are encouraged to come together to discuss emerging issues impacting animal agriculture during the Livestock Trends and Issues Conference Sept 6.

The event will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Fort Wayne, Ind. and is sponsored by the Indiana and Ohio Farm Bureaus. Topics include environmental regulations, animal rights and welfare, air and water quality regulations, local government influences and community relations.

Registration is $25 if postmarked by Aug. 23. The fee after that is $35. A continental breakfast and lunch is included. The program begins at 10 a.m. Ohio time, 9 a.m. Indiana time.
