Healthcare savings availablePublished on 10/24/2005Ohio Farm Bureau and Universal Rx are offering expanded benefits to the Universal Rx program. Currently, members can receive prescription discounts at 35,000 chain pharmacies using their Universal Rx card. Now the program offers savings on over-the-counter items, durable medical equipment, diabetic supplies, mail order prescriptions and hearing aids and supplies, all rolled into one. The new program, called "Points of Care," requires members to use their Universal Rx card, which is printed below. Additional cards can be obtained from county Farm Bureau offices.

To get started, contact the Diabetes Savings Program at 800-742-0504 or visit www.ndpharmacy.com. You will be connected with a customer service representative who can answer your questions and assist you with your needs. Be sure to have your Prescription Savings Card with Rx Plan Group number available.
Hearing Savings Program
Call 877-616-4500 with your member ID, group number and mailing address to receive a hearing care information packet. Once you receive the packet, call the hearing care professional's office listed in the packet for a full hearing evaluation.
