Volunteer
Randy Mott
Miami County

Randy Mott’s involvement in Farm Bureau includes stints as county president, membership chairman and commodity chairman. Currently he is policy development chairman and has been a member of the board of trustees ever since he joined the organization in the late 1980s. "I joined Farm Bureau because I felt that OFBF was the only organization lobbying and looking out for Ohio agriculture interests. Our continued support is vital, with the number of farmers dwindling every year," he said.

In addition to Farm Bureau, Mott is chairman of the Ohio Conservation Commission, Ohio Federation of Conservation Districts director, supervisor for the Miami County Conservation District, a member of the Miami County Planning Commission and a Certified Crop Advisor. He also is farm manager of Tip Top Canning Company in Tipp City, where he’s worked for 27 years. He and his wife Lynda have three children and three grandchildren. They are members of Cove Spring Church.
