Marc Armstrong joined the OFBF staff as director of constituent affairs in September 2005. In his role, he is responsible for oversight of OFBFs policy development, advisory council program management and strengthening member involvement in the political process. Armstrong previously served as policy and research aide for the Ohio House of Representatives as well as a legislative aide. He also was a constituent aide in the Ohio Senate. The Summit County native received a bachelors degree in political science from Ohio State University. He is active in the Democratic Party, Mid-Ohio Food Bank and has coached little league baseball. He enjoys traveling and attending Ohio State football games. "Working for the Ohio Farm Bureau gives me an opportunity to help hard-working farmers and keep agriculture the No. 1 industry in Ohio," he said. | |
