Grassroots radio program in Geauga County

The Geauga County Farm Bureau is working hard to spread ag information over the airwaves.

The county Farm Bureau is underwriting a farm segment as part of the Country Critter Animal Connection show on WKTX, 830 on the AM dial, on Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

The program examines different facets of northern Ohio agriculture and a different ag professional. The call-in show allows listeners to ask questions and voice concerns about agriculture.

The Farm Bureau segment reaches 21 counties in northern Ohio and provides a highly visible means of educating the public about farm issues, agricultural providers, agricultural services and the membership issues/needs of Farm Bureau members and prospective members.
