Farm Bureau a presence at Guernsey County Fair

The Guernsey County Farm Bureau did its best to spread the message about Farm Bureau benefits recently.

Betsy Anderson, OFBF organization director for Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe and Noble counties, said the county did things a little differently this year.

They provided Our Ohio brand T-shirts to each of the species showmanship winners that participated in the Supreme Showmanship contest. Guernsey County also sponsored a golf cart for the fair board, provided radio advertising and PA system ads during the fair, sponsored trophies for the Junior Fair and purchased three animals from the livestock sale. Guernsey also gave $2 coupons to 75 Junior State Fair participants to spend at the Jr. Leaders Shake Shack at the recent Ohio State Fair.
