A farm tour designed to familiarize local women about the diversity of agricultural enterprises and agribusiness in Fulton County was held Sept. 28. The tour began with a visit to the Pennington Apple Orchard, corn and soybean test plots owned by Dean and Greg Nofziger and the Chris Ott family's hog finishing facility. After lunch, the women toured the Rupp Seed Farm, Liechty Farm Equipment and Archbold Elevator. The women on the tour included the Fulton County auditor, recorder and treasurer. | |
