Josh Filson has been named organization director for Hardin, Logan and Wyandot counties.

As organization director, Filson will act as a liaison between the county Farm Bureaus and OFBF. He will assist the county groups as they develop and implement programs to strengthen the organization and enhance its ability to serve members.

Filson, a native of Cedarville, has worked on an Angus cattle farm and as an OFBF intern at the Ohio State Fair. He's been involved with the Ohio Cattlemen's Association and the National Cattlemen's Beef Association. He has a bachelor's degree in agriculture and animal science from Ohio State University.

"We're extremely pleased to have Josh as part of our team. His enthusiasm and dedication to agriculture make him a tremendous asset to our members," said Jeff Watkins, OFBF vice president of field services.
