Upcoming Ohio Farm and Country Show

Now in it’s second season, Ohio Farm and Country television series continues to educate viewers about the issues, opportunities and lifestyles of farmers in the Buckeye State. The next episode, which will air Feb. 21, illustrates how farmers are impacted by high energy costs and explores the adjustments many of them are making to save money, from changing tillage and management practices, to using alternative means of energy such as solar and wind. The show also explores the future for ethanol and soy biodiesel manufacturing within the state.

Ohio Farm and Country is part of the Farm Bureau Today program which airs Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. on RFD-TV and is available to subscribers of DISH Network – Channel 9409, and DirecTV – Channel 379.
