Ted Strickland shared his thoughts on several issues facing Ohio during a recent appearance on Ohio Farm Bureau's radio program Town Hall Ohio. Strickland (left) sat down with OFBF Executive Vice President Jack Fisher to discuss agriculture, state spending, health care, education and economic development during the one-hour program. One initiative Strickland highlighted was a budget proposal that would promote renewable fuel use in Ohio and bring jobs to rural areas. "We are coming to understand that agriculture can give us more than just food to eat. Agriculture can give us the energy that we so desperately need in Ohio," he said.
