Truckor Re-elected to Farm Bureau State BoardPublished on 11/30/2007 For Immediate Release COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) – Keith Truckor of Metamora has been re-elected to his fourth three-year term as a state trustee of Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF) during the organization’s annual meeting Nov. 28 to 30. He represents Farm Bureau members in District 1, which consists of Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams counties. Truckor also serves on American Farm Bureau’s Commodity Advisory Committees. He has been active in the Fulton County Farm Bureau for 29 years and has held a number of offices within the organization, including president. Truckor also has served as a township clerk. Truckor and his wife, Kimberly, have two children. Their family farm consists of corn, wheat, soybeans and popcorn crops. Ohio Farm Bureau Federation is the state’s largest farm organization. First organized in 1919, its current membership stands at more than 230,000 including more than 60,000 farmer members. The organization is influential in public policy and public relations, working as an advocate for Ohio’s farm families, as well as providing various other member benefit services.
