Ohio Farm Bureau names database specialistPublished on 04/28/2008 For Immediate Release COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) - Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF) has named Shawn Hamzee as the organization’s database specialist. Among other duties, Hamzee will oversee the day-to-day programming and development needs of OFBF’s membership database and procedures, and will work to assure the accuracy and integrity of membership data files. Hamzee most recently served as the senior database administrator for the Dublin City School District. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and has more than 14 years of information technology experience. He is an active member of the United States Naval Reserve and a four-year member of Franklin County Farm Bureau. He lives with his wife, Carol, and children, Jason and Jordan, in Columbus. "Shawn's extensive experience in database management will be a valuable asset to the Ohio Farm Bureau as we advance and grow our efforts to better understand and respond to our individual members' needs," said David Rule, OFBF senior director of human resources and technology.
