Editor’s Note

Many advisory councils have requested a definition of the term terrestrial carbon sequestration. This was a term that Ohio Department of Agriculture Director Robert Boggs used in one of his responses in the November 2007 discussion guide. Terrestial carbon sequestration is the process of capturing and storing carbon in the earth.
