OTA, IDFA Appeal Court Ruling on Dairy Labeling Law

The Organic Trade Association (OTA) and the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) are appealing a federal district court ruling upholding Ohio’s regulation on hormone-free claims on dairy product labels.
