In addition to print publications, Public Policy updates are sent via email to members and leaders, state board and staff. The updates are typically related to local, state, and national issues; and policy, political, and legal affairs information is shared when member involvement or assistance is needed.
Updates are sent on an as-needed basis to provide background information and talking points on a pending bill or regulation in which OFBF staff would like Farm Bureau members to take some specific action, such as letter writing, e-mailing or calling legislators.
All interested OFBF members are eligible to sign up for Public Policy updates.
