COLUMBUS, Ohio – State Treasurer Kevin Boyce is this week’s featured guest on Town Hall Ohio. Boyce, who became treasurer on Jan. 12 following his appointment by Gov. Ted Strickland, will be joined on the program by Jack Fisher, executive vice president of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation.
Boyce will discuss Ohio’s fiscal challenges, and talk about the role of the state treasury in protecting Ohio taxpayers’ dollars. He will also share his thoughts on the inauguration of President Barack Obama; Boyce is only the third African American to hold a statewide office in Ohio. He also will share his views on public service and community involvement.
