COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) – The Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF) has launched its redesigned Web site, www.ofbf.org. The complete upgrade features improved content, easier navigation, an enhanced search function and interactivity options for all visitors.
“The new ofbf.org is Ohio Farm Bureau’s centerpiece for all of our Internet communications,” said Kurt Ely, OFBF’s senior vice president for communications. “The site is an integral part of our commitment to making Farm Bureau accessible to our members and to the public.”
The site provides visitors with news, feature and editorial content, public policy information, educational materials and event listings. Visitors can also access OFBF’s many money-saving member benefits. A special section of the site helps visitors become engaged in various Farm Bureau programs. People interested in joining Ohio Farm Bureau will be able to easily do so through the new site.
A new component of the site allows guests to participate in conversations about various issues important to all Ohioans. The search function gives visitors access to an extremely wide range of materials on topics of interest.
Ofbf.org will complement Ohio Farm Bureau’s other traditional and social media tools including the Buckeye Farm News newspaper, Town Hall Ohio radio program, Ohio Farm and Country television and Our Ohio branded media including a magazine, television series and Web site. The site will also connect visitors to the organization’s Facebook pages, Twitter accounts and YouTube channels.
Ohio Farm Bureau is the state’s largest general farm organization, and represents the interests of farmers, consumers and voters.
