OSU’s Gee and new vet school dean to appear on Town Hall Ohio

COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) – Ohio State University President E. Gordon Gee and OSU’s new Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine Lonnie King are this week’s special guests on Town Hall Ohio. They’ll be joined by Ohio Farm Bureau Federation Executive Vice President Jack Fisher.

Several colleges at Ohio State University are collaborating in the areas of human, animal and public health to address challenges such as the H1N1 flu strain. King, who joined the university Sep. 1, most recently was an official with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Gee, King and Fisher will talk about medical, scientific and social issues that affect the lives of all Ohioans.
