Twenty-five local animal control officers attended the first REINS (Regional Equine Information Network) program held at Stearns Homestead and hosted by the Cuyahoga Farm Bureau Equine Advisory Committee. The REINS program is dedicated to the education of equine enthusiasts and those charged with animal welfare responsibilities throughout the state.
