Hi! My name is Bethann Niederman and I am excited to share with you my diary about our family and farm. Bob and I operate Niederman Family Farm. Bob’s parents, Robert and Janet own the farm and host the Gregory Creek Inn Bed & Breakfast and the rental barn.
Our five children are the fourth generation to live, play, and work on our farm. Elizabeth, our oldest, is in her second year at Miami University, studying education. Jacob is a senior in high school and will be attending the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music this fall majoring in tomobone performance. Ashely is in the 10th grade and stays very busy with school work, winter guard, youth group and piano lessons .Joshus, our 8th grader loves being outdoors, including riding dirt bikes and four wheelers. He is really looking forward to getting our 4-H pigs this month. LeAnn, our 1st grader, is alwasys eager to help her older siblings with chores; her favorite job is gathering eggs. She can’t wait until she is old enough to show her own 4-H pig at the fair!
Niderman Family Farm has always been a working farm. Steers, pigs, dairy cows and crops have been a big part of our traditional farming experience. Recently we have added other ventures to our operations that are not so traditional! I hope you enjoy visiting Niederman Family Farm in my April diary.
