The Lorain County Farm Bureau offers scholarship opportunities for high school graduates as well as continuing education scholarships for those already pursuing an agricultural related field of study. There are two types of scholarships available for graduating seniors including a General $500 scholarship and an Ag-Related $1,000 scholarship. The continuing education scholarship is $1,000 for those continuing their pursuit of an ag-related degree. The scholarship applications can be downloaded by clicking here. Scholarship applications should also be available through the guidance department of your high school. The applicant or their parents must be a member of the Lorain County Farm Bureau for a minimum of one year to be eligible. The deadline for all applications to be received in the Farm Bureau office is March 31, 2012. They can be mailed to Lorain County Farm Bureau, 530 S.
