The Fulton County Farm Bureau, $500 Roger Snyder Memorial Scholarship will be  given to  Samuel Riegsecker.Samuel is a 2013 graduate of Delta High School.  His parents are Randall and Jennifer Riegsecker of Delta.  Samuel has been active in  high school football, basketball, and track/field. He is also a member of the National Honor Society and active in his church youth group. Riegsecker plans to attend the University of Toledo and major in Business Sales and Marketing.
