Effective Oct.1, Organization Director Steve Berk will be assigned to a new district to act as a liaison between Ohio Farm Bureau and the respective county Farm Bureaus. Berk will be responsible for covering: Greene, Fayette, Clinton, Madison, and Franklin counties. Berk will no longer cover Warren County. This move is part of Ohio Farm Bureau’s long-term goal of reducing their Field Staff to 18 Organization Directors.
“While I’m chapfallen about losing such a productive and active county as Warren, I’m excited about the new opportunities that lie ahead,” said Berk. As part of his new responsibilities Berk will be managing the Franklin and Madison County Farm Bureau office in Hillard in addition to his current responsibilities in the Wilmington Farm Bureau office.
