What values do the people in your community share? Family life is so important to us. We are lucky to have great schools and take pride in sports and teaching our kids to have respect, be honest and work hard.
How do you continually provide the On Your Side experience to customers? We continually work with our clients to stay up-to-date with their changing needs in insurance as their families grow and life changes occur.
What does “customer focused” mean to you? It’s understanding our clients: what are their concerns, what are their risks, what do they want, what are their goals, and then helping them manage their risk by designing the right policies and coverages.
How important is community involvement to your agency? It is what we do and who we are and has made the agency stand apart, from being involved with Sharks with a Heart, helping out at the school or making donations to the DARE program, or providing sponsorships and donations to local youth teams or being a buyer for our 4-H program.
Why do you work for Nationwide? I am a third generation Nationwide agent. I love that Nationwide is a big family and that our heritage and core values with the Farm Bureau are still what make us up today, and that we are “On Your Side.”
What is the most rewarding part about what you do? Helping a client restore their life after a tragedy to the best extent insurance money can buy.
In addition to Nationwide policy discounts, why should your customers join Farm Bureau? To be one of over 200,000 members that support and share in the idea that our farming heritage is still a vital part of who we are and that locally grown food here in Ohio is important to us.
