Canning Classes in June & July

Are you interested in learning about Water Bath Canning or Pressure Canning? Clark County Farm Bureau is offering two hands-on canning classes in the new demo kitchen at the Extension office in Springfield.

June 26 at 6:30 p.m. to  8:30 p.m. is Pressure Canning.

July 10 at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. is Water Bath Canning.

Both classes will be hands-on seminars, so come prepared to can!  

Space is limited. The cost for Farm Bureau members is $15 per session or $25 for both.

Nonmembers can join us for $20 per session or $35 for both.
