Drive your tractor to the Clinton County Farmers’ Market for the Ohio Farm Bureau sponsored “Downtown on the Farm” event Saturday, June 21, 2014.

Community members are encouraged to participate in the tractor drive-in by driving their tractors to the Clinton County Farmers’ Market on Saturday, June 21, from 8:30 a.m. until noon.

Tractor parking will be available in the market area and in the St. Columbkille Catholic Church parking lot.

To secure a parking space for your tractor, please contact Dessie Buchanan at 937-382-2737 or [email protected] by Friday, June 20.

Community members are encouraged to vote for their favorite tractor by bringing canned or fresh-food donation.  Each item will equal one vote, and all donations will go to the Clinton County Homeless Shelter.

The winning tractor will receive a gift basket from the market.

This family friendly day will also feature a farm animal petting zoo hosted by the East Clinton FFA and a cooking demonstration by the General Denver Hotel at 10:30 a.m. as part of its Lamb Jam.

The Clinton County Farm Bureau is sponsoring provided by the market, which include the fresh products needed to get started with the demonstration’s featured recipes.

Starter kits are free to Ohio Direction card users, Farm Bureau members will pay $3 and non-members will pay $5.
