Meet one of our Montgomery County Farm Bureau Trustees
John O’Diam is a trustee on the Montgomery County Farm Bureau board. He has been an active member for numerous years. His parents were members, which instilled in John an interest for the organization. He has also served on the board a number of times, simply because he wants to be involved in an agricultural organization.
John finds it important to support and be a part of an organization, especially one that supports farmers. He admires how Farm Bureau is politically involved at the local, state and national levels.
Aside from being a trustee, John spends his time in the field as a grain farmer. He’s also a crop insurance adjuster and a full-time grandpa. John has three children and 10 grandchildren whom he says are his pride and joy. He’s always busy with one thing or another, but still continues to make time for his position on the Farm Bureau board.
The guide includes a farm driver checklist, overview of state and federal regulations and exemptions, CDL qualifications and more.
