Miller re-elected District 17 trustee for Ohio Farm Bureau

COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) – Allen Miller of Marietta was re-elected Dec. 12 to the board of trustees for Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF) during the group’s 96th annual meeting. 

He will serve his third three-year term helping govern Ohio’s largest general farm organization and represent Farm Bureau members from District 17  in  Belmont, Monroe, Noble and Washington counties. 

Miller is a 31-year member of the Washington County Farm Bureau and has served as president and board member. He has chaired the membership, policy and safety committees and has been involved with county farmland preservation efforts.

He and his wife, Jean, own a commercial cow-calf farm where they also produce hay. They are members of Christ United Methodist Church.

Ohio Farm Bureau’s mission is to forge a partnership between farmers and consumers. The organization helps its members engage in policy and communications activities to improve their communities and provides a wide range of member benefits. To learn more, visit
