Have you made your family’s reservation for the Farm Bureau Fest yet?!?The Kids’ Corner is going to have a lot to offer. Early Childhood Education students from Tri-Rivers will be helping along with our great Farm Bureau volunteers and have great things planned. Mom and Dad, or Grandma and Grandpa, can attend cooking demos, safety sessions or estate planning while the kids relax and have fun! On the fun agenda:Crafts: Paint a cow with spaghetti sauce and making Super-quackers using yellow solo cups.Story time: How Did THAT Get in My Lunchbox? The Story of FoodGames: Giant camp-sized Jenga, Connect 4 and Checkers Also, “Rope the Calf” straw bales (VERY popular at the Crawford and Richland County Fairs)and of course, the live animal program with the Columbus Zoo at 10 a.m.A Soup and Sandwich lunch will also be served by Culinary Arts program, so make a morning of it!
