Each year, needless injuries and deaths occur to farmers, family members and farm employees. It is necessary to educate the agricultural community so they will be able to react appropriately in the event of an accident until emergency responders can arrive on the scene. The overall objective is to identify the hazards associated with grain handling, transport, and storage and reduce the associated risks through education efforts.
