Sarah is the daughter of Jerry and Linda Black of Union. Sarah will be attending Ohio University in the fall and majoring in Education or business management. Sarah has been involved with several 4-H clubs, and she has also volunteered at the fair helping out with the kiddie tractor pulls and at the Farm Bureau office. After earning her degree, Sarah plans to own her own business so that she can give back to the community. Congratulations Sarah!
Eric is the son of Lon and Michelle Chambers of Brookville. Eric is a current Sinclair community college student but will be transferring in the fall to Miami University where he is majoring in Strategic Communications. Eric plans to find a job where he can create and build websites for businesses. With Farming advancing in technology Eric hopes to possibly help farmers build and maintain websites or social media accounts. Eric has served on the mont co jr fair board, been a member of Mont co cattlemans and the National miniature Hereford association. Eric owns a number of Miniature Herefords and cares for them daily. Sarah is the daughter of Jeff and Debbie Landis of Farmersville. Sarah will be attending The Ohio State University where she will seek her degree in Agri-science Education. Aside from being active in 4-H and the Valley View FFA, Sarah has been actively involved with the Montgomery County Fair. Sarah has also attended the Ohio Youth Capitol Challenge sponsored by Farm Bureau. Most recently Sarah was chosen as Ohio Farm Bureau’s Ambassador for the Ohio State Fair, Jr fair board. Charles is the son of Chris and Ann Monnig of Farmersville. Charles attends Clark State Community college
where he is pursuing a degree in Precision Agriculture. Charles future plans are to take over the family farm and continue to make it bigger and more productive. He would like to expand the farm to include animal production involving cattle and swine. Charles is currenly a member of 4H and was previously a member of the Montgomery County Cattlemans Association. Charles is active in FFA and 4H. Congratulations Charles
Bailey is the son of Luciano and Christy Montoya of Farmersville. Bailey will graduate this May from Moeller High School where he excelled academically and athletically. Bailey will be attending the University of Dayton this fall to major in Education. He plans to pursue his bachelor’s degree and find a teaching job as an intervention specialist. Bailey will be busy not only will his academic college schedule, he will aslo be continuing his baseball career at UD. Bailey has been a dedicated, hard working volunteer for multiple county Farm Bureaus. He was a member of the Ohio Youth Capitol Challenge in 2013 and a mentor in 2014. Bailey served as the Ohio Farm Bureau representative to the Ohio State jr Fair board for two years. He has volunteered with Farm Feeds our Needs programs as well as county fairs. He has been active with the KNL 4H club serving as President and Vice president. Bailey was the Youth Ambassador Land and living exhibit tour guide to fair VIP’s. Aside from all of the committees and boards that Bailey serves on, he also has responsibilities on his family farm where they raise Boer goats, hogs and run the daily operations.
Tyler is the son of Russell and Rhonda White Of Germantown. Tyler will be attending Wilmington College to major in Agronomy. Tylers long term goal is to work with a seed company or a co-op up on receiving his degree. Tyler was a big help with volunteering his time to move the farm bureau office from the old location to the new building. He’s helped local youth that participate in the Mont. Co Fair and helped educate local farmers on C.A.U.B.Tyler has volunteered with many organizations. Congratulations to Tyle
