News release: Warren County Annual Meeting

WARREN COUNTY FARM BUREAU SETS ANNUAL MEETING

The Warren County Farm Bureau’s Annual Meeting will be on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. Armco Park,1223 N State Route 741, Lebanon, OH 45036, featuring Chef Dan Berger and Farm to table style catering. Buy, Eat and Support local farmers as we work together in our local community.

At this meeting, the Warren County Farm Bureau will focus on finalizing policy suggestions which will be taken to the Ohio Farm Bureau Annual Meeting in December.

The membership will be asked to vote on code regulations which will include a membership dues increase, new membership classifications and qualifications of trustees and officers of the organization. A copy of these documents are available upon request.

Many of the officers and committee people have worked hard this year to make the local organization what it is.  Warren County has more members than ever and we have committed many hours to state and national issues of importance to farmers and our agricultural community.  The winners of our “2015 Scholarships” will be introduced. We will have door prizes given away at the conclusion of the meeting.

This event is $10 to members and $65 for non-members. Tickets can be purchased by Warren County Farm Bureau trustees or at the door.
