The Brown County Farm Bureau 2016 Membership Campaign will kickoff at 6 p.m, Thursday, Feb. 11 at Meranda-Nixon Winery.
The primary purpose of the membership campaign is to help the organization grow. More members enable Farm Bureau to have a stronger legislative voice, offer more programming and create a stronger presence in the community.
This campaign also offers a chance for the volunteers to win prizes. These include a DuraHyde 20 Duffel Bag, Northern Comfort 3 in1 jacket, $500 gift card, two tickets for the Mark Chesnutt concert and dinner at the Red Barn, Yeti cooler and a Lipsey’s Henry Repeating Arms Goldenboy 22 LR gun to be given away at the Recognition Banquet held at Murphin Ridge (date to be announced later).
Volunteers are needed to help with this annual event. If you are interested in helping, please come, enjoy the food, learn more about Farm Bureau’s membership process and how you can win the prizes, along with making new friends.
Bring two new memberships to the kickoff and be entered into a drawing for a Yeti tumbler valued at $25.
You will also receive tickets for a drawing held at the Membership Recognition Banquet.
