Members efforts needed to pass CAUV reform

The Current Agricultural Use Value program, CAUV, has seen unprecedented increases throughout the state, greatly impacting the bottom line of farmers and the agricultural community in Ohio.

Every voice is needed to communicate the message that we need action on CAUV reform legislation now. Your help can assist in seeing that these much-needed reforms are passed.

Henry County Farm Bureau is asking for members to call their representative and senator to deliver this simple message:
1. CAUV increases have had a negative effect on my farm (tell your personal story).
2. I need you to vote YES on House Bill 398 or Senate Bill 246.
3. *Thank them if they are a co-sponsor of the bill (listed below)

You can use these maps to locate your representative and senator, or look up state legislators by member address at under the resources tab.

We have heard from our members that CAUV increase is their No. 1 issue and now we need to work together to make sure our State Senators and Representatives hear the message too.
