Ohio Rep. Derek Merrin, center, learned about priority issues at a recent Farm Bureau luncheon hosted in northwest Ohio. Merrin is one of several state legislators who are part of Farm Bureau’s Adopt a Legislator program. The goal of the new program is to both keep legislators informed about issues critical to Farm Bureau and in turn for Farm Bureau members to be resources to legislators who may need information as it relates to proposed agricultural legislation. With Merrin at the luncheon were Fulton County Farm Bureau members, from left, Clark Emmons, Norm Bratton, Mark Ballmer, Wayne Short, Eric Richer and Kelly Fager.
Today, it doesn't matter if you grow food or purchase it, Ohio Farm Bureau invites you to work with your neighbors to enhance the quality of life in your community and the unique ways agriculture touches our lives.Become a Member
