Greg McGlinch, his wife, Janet, and four children currently reside in northern Darke County. McGlinch began farming as a small boy helping his dad and grandpa on the farm. Today, he works with his father growing and raising corn, soybeans, cereal rye, hops, cover crops, freezer pork, and pasture poultry. He works with local distilleries marketing his custom cleaned corn, wheat, and rye. McGlinch is also the agriculture coordinator at the Wright State University Lake Campus in Celina.
He serves as an active Versailles alumni which is where his four children are currently attending school. He became an active Ohio Farm Bureau member after he moved back home from Iowa eight years ago and soon became a board member. He enjoys networking and connecting with other farmers through Farm Bureau. He formerly was on the Young Ag Professionals state committee and was the 2012 Excellence in Ag winner.
McGlinch is very active in the agriculture industry and hopes to continue to grow with the industry.
