2017 Scholarship Winner – Chelsey Younkman

Meet one of the 2017 Warren County Farm Bureau Scholarship winners

Chelsey is the daughter of Bernie and Cindy Younkman. They currently reside in Lebanon, Ohio. Chelsey graduated from Lebanon High School in 2015, and is a student at Cedarville University pursuing a degree in business management. Chelsey’s dedication in all areas of her life is prominent.

She has been active in her community. She was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Future Business Leaders of America, the Spanish Club, the National Society of Leadership and Success, the National Honor Society, Kappa Beta Delta, and Phi Theta Kappa. Her involvement is not limited; Chelsey has also been involved with the community. She served as an officer for her 4-H club for many years, was a part-time farmhand for Heatherbrook Farms, she is a Sunday School Kindergarten teacher at her church, works as a manager at Donatos Pizza, and she was an executive board member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Chelsey has been commended for her dedication to school. She was on the Dean’s list at Cedarville University and was awarded the Principal’s Award for Scholastic Excellence.

In addition, Chelsey has worked at Heatherbrook Farms and Broadway Financial Solutions. Chelsey’s dedication to her work at home, in school, and on the job has pushed her to become a well-rounded person.
