Meet one of our Montgomery County Farm Bureau Trustees
John Yancik is a trustee on the Montgomery County Farm Bureau board. He has been a member for the past 25 years, and still continues to show his fascination for agriculture and Farm Bureau.
John was born and raised on a farm, and still crop farms. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in business. His interest in agriculture started years ago because he was born in a farming community, which is now a residential area. John’s family is also involved with the organization. They reside in Montgomery County because it’s home. They choose to stay because it’s where everything they need is. John enjoys living there, and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
In addition to Farm Bureau, John also is a member of the agricultural society and is on the board. He also enjoys spending his time as a 4-H advisor; he has been one for over 25 years. John’s commitment to community is above and beyond with 4-H, the ag society, and Farm Bureau.
