Meet one of our Montgomery County Farm Bureau Trustees
Michelle McDonald is a trustee on the Montgomery County Farm Bureau board. She has been an active member for the past 20 years, six of which have been spent serving on the board. She and husband, Jeff, are cattle and hay farmers, which allowed her to get more involved in the agriculture industry and in turn as a Farm Bureau member.
Michelle likes the work that Farm Bureau does on behalf of farmers. She also appreciates how the organization makes the issues on hand, important. The way in which Farm Bureau helps the community is another aspect that Michelle likes. Her daughter was granted the Montgomery County Farm Bureau scholarship two times, which has been an immense help in the furthering of her education.
Aside from farming and Farm Bureau, she holds a full-time job as a manager of customer service and pricing. She also has two children and one grandchild. In addition, Michelle spends her time at church. She has been attending her church for 35 years, and has volunteered on their board as various positions. Michelle’s commitment to all aspects of her life is exceptional.
