Recently, Pike County Farm Bureau hosted over 550 third grade students at the Pike County Fairgrounds. Students had the chance to visit many different stations including popcorn farming, powerful pollinators, seat belt safety, recycling, beef, horses, goats, rabbits, snacking goes healthy and many more! Students also competed in a “Design a T-Shirt Contest” to have their design on the front of all the T-shirts that are given to all students, teachers and presenters. We would like to thank our gracious sponsors! Without them, our event wouldn’t be possible. To See more pictures from our event visit our Facebook Page.
