High school seniors: Don’t forget to apply for the Defiance, Fulton, Henry or Williams County Farm Bureau $500 scholarships! There is at least one $500 scholarship available for each county. Applications are due to the county office by April 1, 2019.

Requirements:

– Applicants must be the son or daughter of a CURRENT Defiance, Fulton, Henry, or Williams County Farm Bureau member.

-Must be a 2019 graduating high school senior.

-Applicants must apply, be accepted, and attend a college or technical school in the fall of 2019.

-Applicants majoring in agriculture, home economics and science areas will have first preference, however, all applications will be reviewed.

-Applications should be typed. The application is posted here, or you may request an application via e-mail.

-Completed applications must arrive in the county office by April 1, 2019. You may either send by e-mail or mail to your County Farm Bureau, 362 Main Street, PO Box 53099, Pettisville, OH 43553.

Labor has always been an issue, mainly because we are a seasonal operation. So that's a challenge finding somebody who only wants to work three months out of a year, sometimes up to six months.
