Guernsey County Farm Bureau is pleased to announce the 2019 scholarship recipients with each student receiving $500. Scholarships have been presented to Rylee Combs, a graduate of Meadowbrook High School, who will be attending University of Findlay; and Alyssa Roe, who attends Muskingum University.
